Higher-tier plans unlock advanced features like file storage, higher upload limits, batch processing capabilities.

Yes - you’re always in control. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your Account settings.

We accept major credit and debit card payments via PayPal or you may use your PayPal account to complete the payment.

When you select a plan you’ll be billed for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). On renewal you’ll be charged automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date. Yearly plans come with a discount of 50% compared to monthly billing. You can check your next renewal date and manage payment methods in your Account dashboard.

Yes - we offer a Free tier so you can try out Pixelcate's features before upgrading. This free tier includes access to all tools with higher file size and storage. When you’re ready to remove those limits, you can upgrade to a paid plan.

No hidden fees - the price you see is what you pay. You are not locked into any long-term contract unless explicitly stated (for example a custom enterprise/business deal). You can cancel at any time. If you cancel a subscription early, the services remain active until the end of the paid term.

Yes - every plan includes email support. Paid plans include faster response times. Enterprise/Business-level customers will receive a dedicated account manager and prioritized SLA support.

We take security and privacy seriously. Your images are uploaded over secure HTTPS, processed on trusted infrastructure, and stored according to industry best practices. We do not sell your images or share them with third parties.

Uploaded images are typically deleted within 2 hours after project completion unless otherwise agreed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time. The services remain active until the end of the paid term. We may offer refunds case-to-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
